Candy Baird is the President and Benefits Service Coordinator for Belus Benefits, LLC. Candy guides Belus Benefits with the sole purpose of providing best in class employee benefits and service. As President, Candy recognizes that customers seek more than a product. They seek solutions and a partner to service those solutions.

Candy takes great pride in being a minority owned business and serving others. Candy’s passion is getting to know and work directly with clients to provide exceptional services. She received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Texas Women’s University and a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
