Growing up on the Jersey Shore and having the opportunity to compete and coach at the highest level of college and professional football, you can say competition is in Jim’s blood.  A starter on the defensive line at Arizona State University, Jim continued his football career after being selected in the first round of the 1983 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys.  Jim played 12 years for Dallas, winning two Super Bowls.  He finished his career with the Buffalo Bills where he played for three years.  He played in 227 NFL games and is a member of the 100 sack club.

Jim lives in Frisco, TX and enjoys spending time with his children Jaren, Jackson, Jacqueline and Jasmine.  Jim was inducted into the Arizona State University Hall of Fame in 1994.
